Summary/Abstract: Contemporary special educational psychology focuses not on the isolated correction of developmental deficits, but on ensuring comprehensive psychosocial well-being. Severe language disorders give rise to secondary impairments, manifesting as personality disturbances. Given changing social conditions, there is a need for targeted psychological intervention. Empirical research has established that speech development is a fundamental component of the personality of a pre-school child with alalia. The proposed programme aims to harmonise the personal development of children with alalia through the gradual acquisition of linguistic units.
