Summary/Abstract: Starting in 2026, cash distributions to shareholders enter a much more regulated area than before. Law no. 239/2025 introduces additional conditions for the distribution of dividends and for the repayment of loans to shareholders. The focus is visibly shifting from profit as a single indicator toward financial discipline and the robustness of capitalization.
