Summary/Abstract: The article discusses the importance of international educational mobility for teachers. In order to investigate which skills are actually developed during international educational mobility, a pilot study was conducted involving 25 teachers. The findings of the study indicate, as expected, that as a result of their mobility, participating teachers have developed their ability to work in international teams and they have improved their language and communication skills. The study suggests that international mobility is an effective tool for supporting teachers' professional development.
