2. Certain specific considerations regarding the legislative amendments in the matter of enforcement due to the entry into force of the provisions of Law no. 138/2014

Summary/Abstract: The goal of this study is represented by the exposure of certain specific issues arising or which may arise in the judicial practice as a result of the entry into force of Law no. 138/2014, and whose appropriate resolution is very important in the light of the effects of the incidental judicial institutes. The study deals with the matter of enforcement, especially for rendering enforceable by reference to and upon authorization of the enforcement, for the appeal against enforcement and for the application in due time of the provisions of the above-mentioned law.
