Summary/Abstract: There are a lot of recruitment methods available, both traditional and electronic. Traditional recruitment is defined by literature as the modality in which the company announces the availability of a job, through an announcement, an advertisement or other media means. Any candidate who sees the announcement will send the CV. E-recruitment is the procedure by whitch the internet is used in order to facilitate the recruitment process. Companies use the internet in order to attract candidates, to select them as well as for communication and management during the recruitment process. This method favors receiving multiple CVs and building a database of candidates.
