Summary/Abstract: An administrative act must be reasoned, that is, it must necessarily set out the factual and legal grounds that led to its issuance, since only in this way is it possible to exercise judicial review of the lawfulness of the measure taken; the statement of reasons for the act is a condition of its lawfulness, and insufficient reasoning or lack of reasoning entails the nullity of the administrative act issued.
