Summary/Abstract: The article concern contemporary dilemmas of methodological aspects in political science, which are role of empirical and theoretical analysis method and chance to complete these different analysis’s area. Author have touched three basic type of research. These are: Weber’s ideal type, process of idealization and fuzzy set method. Only fusion of these methods provides reliable and balanced result of political science research, especially in the case of research at the frontiers of empirical and theoretical discourse. Author tried to transpose fuzzy set method appropriate for science to area of political science and research of populism in legal order. This fusion has designed to create a multifaceted method of research a nowadays political process, because hitherto method can’t answer the questions posed by the recent political or social problems. Article also sad about basic different between qualitative and quantitative research.
