Summary/Abstract: This study develops a conceptual model for measuring the level of ethical adequacy in IT organizations. The model assumes that ethical adequacy is a complex and measurable organizational characteristic resulting from the interaction of institutional, managerial, cultural and behavioral mechanisms. Four analytical dimensions are defined: normative-institutional, managerial-procedural, cultural-behavioral and result-indicator. Each dimension is explained through a system of qualitative and quantitative indicators, allowing the transformation of ethical adequacy from an abstract concept into a measurable organizational variable. The model provides opportunities for diagnosing organizational weaknesses, comparing different types of IT organizations and supporting managerial decision-making aimed at improving ethical practices. The study contributes to the literature by offering a structured approach to measuring ethics as an integral part of organizational management in the context of digital transformation.
