Digital Business Model of Coworking Space through Mobile Application Development

Summary/Abstract: This paper presents the possibilities for building a digital coworking space business model based on a mobile application. The research was conducted online. The study includes multiple coworking space rental businesses with different geographical locations. The different business models they implement are examined, as well as the technologies they use for renting and managing work spaces. As a result of the study, we propose a generalized coworking space business model, as well as a mobile application design that complies with the conditions of the model.
