Digitalization of the Staff Training Process in a Retail Chain through a Learning Management System (LMS)

Summary/Abstract: This paper focuses on the digitalization of the corporate training process through the implementation and use of Learning Management System (LMS). The study includes monitoring the personnel training processes in several retail chains using LMS systems. The purpose of this study is to analyze and evaluate the effect of using Learning Management System (LMS) on employee training in retail chains. The effects of using LMS in the training process have been identified. As a result of this study, a system of indicators for assessing the effectiveness of training has been derived.
