Summary/Abstract: This article explores transformative dialogues in the context of non-formal education through a case study of the online course Language Buddy. It conceptualizes artificial intelligence not as a tool, but as a socio-technical actant that participates in educational interactions and reconfigures the conditions under which learning, reflexivity, and understanding take place. The theoretical framework draws on the actor-network approach, enabling an analysis of dialogue as a social practice of co-constructing meaning, in which difference, tension, and disagreement play a productive role. The empirical analysis is based on a qualitative study of forum discussions and self-reflexive texts, allowing for the tracing of processes of biographical learning and intercultural awareness. In this context, dialogue emerges not merely as a means of transmitting knowledge, but as a space for the transformation of positions, identities, and forms of participation. The article contributes to debates on the digitalization of education by shifting the focus from efficiency to the relational and dialogical dimensions of learning, and by offering an analytical perspective on artificial intelligence as a participant in the co-production of meaning within educational dialogue.
