Summary/Abstract: “Human resources” refers to the people who provide the employees of a company, a business sector, an economy. We can also understand that the totality of people present on the labor market represents the potential employees of the human resource for the economy. In theory, the Gypsy population could be a useful and important part of the human resources for the development of the economy, but it is a problem that a significant part of this population is still unemployed even today – despite the fact that their inclusion would be important from the point of view of the operation of our economy. What is the obstacle to this or the possibility of progress?
