Summary/Abstract: Corruption may be viewed as a breach of the behavior norms of an individual. When it reaches a broad dimension and can be viewed as a phenomenon, it may affect the institutions/society. The National Administration of Pennitentiaries is no exception, on the contrary, we can say that it is affected seriously by the corruption which is present in the whole system.
