Summary/Abstract: In order to effectively solve the cases in which the sale has an atypical form, the Romanian legislator has included among the texts of the current Civil Code a series of regulations dedicated to the varieties of sale, among which there are variants such as the sale of the inheritance, the sale of the property of another or the sale with a repurchase option. This article aims to highlight some relevant aspects regarding the legal characteristics of such an atypical sales contract.
