Existing studies analysing the strategic benefits of using artificial intelligence in human resource management focus on areas such as job replacement, training, and personnel selection. Artificial intelligence affects not only job replacement but also the development of employee skills. Artificial intelligence can significantly help HR professionals and organisations by systematising the selection process, reducing recruiter bias, and minimising candidates' attempts to influence the process
