Summary/Abstract: Logistics challenges in the automotive sector relate to both ever-rising costs and regulatory requirements for sustainability. Depending on the scale of production and geographical presence, the logistics system can be considered for a given region, country or group of countries. Material, information, and financial flows occur among participants in the logistics chain. Reducing overall logistics costs can be achieved by reducing the time of routine operations such as coordination of the expedition is carried out through warehouse management systems (such as SAP) through a set of transactions, rather than by phone, fax and e-mail; calculating various types of reports for the needs of current cost control, controlling customer receivables, etc. Green logistics has a significant benefit in overcoming the logistical challenges in the automotive sector
