Summary/Abstract: In the author's opinion, a Deputy cannot hold the position of a member of the board of an industry skills centre for which the minister is the governing body. Holding the position of a member of the board of an industry skills centre for which the governing body is a local government unit, a legal person or a natural person is not, in principle, subject to the incompatibility of a mandate of a Deputy. However, it was stipulated that such an assessment should be made on a case‑by‑case basis, and that the circumstances of a particular case may affect its classification. Receiving an allowance for participating in the work of the board of an industry skills centre does not affect a Deputy's right to Deputy's salary.
