Summary/Abstract: In the opinion of the author, the manner in which the proposed regulation seeks to achieve its objective - limiting the misuse of points of order by Deputies - is insufficient. The regulation of statements on current issues made on behalf of clubs and groups is rather vague, which may give rise to procedural problems in practice. The complete omission in the draft of the issue of the rights of non‑aligned Deputies in the context of statements on current issues made on behalf of clubs and groups raises doubts. In the rules concerning the giving of the floor to members of the Council of Ministers, the status of the vice‑presidents of the Council of Ministers and the presidents of committees specified in statutes who are members of the Council of Ministers, should be clarified.
