Summary/Abstract: The present study approaches the prepositional between – between Deleuze and Foucault –, as a punctual exploration formula not only of/for the relationship between the two of them, beyond of a bio-philosophical connection, but also as a corrective act of a critical deficit, by resorting to the deepening of a construct subsumed under the valences of about – with a plus-meaning including the direction of towards; on; near; close to or from. Michel Foucault’s statement – “perhaps one day this century will be known as a Deleuzian one” – can be engaged within Foucault’s way of relating to/about Deleuze, as it is articulated in two dedicated reviews – Ariane s’est pendue (1969) and Theatrum philosophicum (1970) – highlighting three levels of analysis: close to Deleuze’s overturned Platonism; Deleuze towards a “strictly Freudian” sense and Deleuze near the status of a Nietzschean genealogist.
