RESEARCH OF THE INNOVATION PERFORMANCE OF SMEs FROM THE SOUTHERN AND SOUTHERN REGIONS THROUGH THE PRISM OF THE MAIN ASPECTS OF INNOVATION ACTIVITY

Summary/Abstract: We move on to the analysis of the results of a study of the innovation activity of SMEs in the South-West and South-Eastern Regions, which was conducted within the framework of the project “Regional Indexing of Innovation Activity in Sectors of the Economy (IRISI) – scenarios for the four priority thematic areas for smart specialization identified in the IRISI and their place in the circular economy”. It is the South-West Region that is the most developed region in the country and with the highest innovation activity according to the European Innovation Scoreboard 2021.
