Summary/Abstract: The Relationship between Freedom of Conscience, Education and Sustainable Peace in Strengthening Human Rights: Legal Foundations, Ethical Implications and Contemporary Perspectives. The study highlights the essential interdependence between freedom of conscience, education, and sustainable peace as pillars of human rights. Freedom of conscience is presented as the foundation of moral autonomy and individual dignity. Education transforms this inner freedom into social awareness and responsible citizenship. Sustainable peace emerges as the ultimate outcome of societies that value liberty and learning. The three dimensions form a virtuous circle: freedom enables education, education sustains peace, and peace safeguards freedom. A purely legal approach is insufficient without ethical and educational grounding. An interdisciplinary perspective—combining law, philosophy, sociology, and pedagogy—is crucial for lasting human development. Ethical education and civic training strengthen respect for diversity and democratic participation. Public policies should integrate human rights education at all educational levels. Legal literacy and moral awareness prevent abuses and reinforce democratic culture. Future research should focus on ethics in human rights and education for global citizenship. Digital literacy and critical thinking are key to protecting inner freedom in the information age. Human rights must be understood not only as legal norms but as living moral principles. True peace depends on the harmony between rational understanding, empathy, and education. Together, these values build a culture of dignity, dialogue, and shared responsibility.
