This paper analyzes the impact of digital transformation on invoicing, monitoring, and receivables collection processes through the application of modern information systems, automation, and integration of digital tools. The research was conducted using a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods, including a survey conducted among 40 companies from different sectors and a case study of companies that implemented certain digital tools in the procurement cycle. The results indicate that the digitalization of the collection cycle significantly reduces the collection time, increases the accuracy of financial records, and contributes to greater business transparency.
