Contemporary use of innovation in the context of TSL business management

Summary/Abstract: The management of innovation and the company itself is important not only for the proper development of the company, but also for its growth. Hence, it is important to supervise various types of processes, not only in the case of complex activities, but also in the case of those that are potentially easy to carry out. The right emphasis at the right time and at the right moment translates into high quality. The introduction of artificial intelligence into companies is an important element in the development of any business, but it must be remembered that it is the human factor that plays the final and very important role in decision-making process in terms of determining self-learning as well as improving competence in order to achieve even greater profit. Transport – and in particular a well-developed one – is a basic human need not only in big cities, but also and especially in smaller towns. The following article outlines what innovation is and its potential application in activities that deal with transport.
