Summary/Abstract: The subject of the research is the redraft as a legal means of exercising the right of recourse by the lawful holder of bill of exchange. Issues regarding the content, parties, amount and time of payment of the redraft are examined, as well as the possibility of its use as an out-of court enforcement order. A comparison is made with the original bill of exchange.
