Summary/Abstract: Time is a limited resource, and its shortage is something every person experiences. Although we cannot extend the length of a day or stop the passage of time, we can learn to manage it more effectively in order to reduce the negative consequences of its scarcity. One of the key responsibilities of the education system is to prepare young people to function efficiently in both social and professional life, which includes the ability to manage time effectively. The article focuses on the use of the Eisenhower Matrix as a tool for effective time management among students. It presents a review of literature related to this method and its practical application in academic settings. The aim of the study was to explore how students use the Eisenhower Matrix for task planning and to evaluate the impact of this technique on their efficiency, task organization, and stress levels.
