Summary/Abstract: The aim of this article is to analyze the role of logistics operators in warehousing and distribution processes within the dropshipping model. The study is based on secondary data analysis derived from financial reports and corporate documents of the largest global e-commerce players, including Alibaba Group (Cainiao), PDD Holdings (Temu), and SHEIN, covering the first half of 2025. The findings indicate that logistics operators represent a critical link in the dropshipping
