Summary/Abstract: The economic exploitation of the Romanian territory occupied by the troops of the Central Powers was summarized in a brochure published in Romanian and German in the summer of 1918, under the name of a German economic expert. The plundering of Romanian land by the military administration is acknowledged, with no regard for the needs of the local population, and the measures taken by the occupiers to increase the export of raw materials to their countries are presented.
