Summary/Abstract: Sermon - Subject of Copyright – Constructive Element of Peace among People. In the present study, we do not propose to analyze some aspects regarding the original work of intellectual creation, entitled „sermon”, as the object of copyright, whatever the mode of creation, the mode or form of expression and independent of the value and destination of this works, taking into account the provisions in the field of legal norms in the field of Intellectual Property Law and corroborated with the Canonical Provisions expressed through „Decisions of the Central Deliberative and Executive Church Bodies”.
