Summary/Abstract: The security system in civil aviation consists of three main components - standards, training and equipment. With effective functioning and interaction between these core components, a low level of threat, vulnerability and risk is maintained. Training is a key component of the established security system. Establishing strategies for attracting, developing, motivating and retaining instructors and security officers will contribute to the creation of a sustainable model of security process management and the implementation of a proactive approach to preventing acts of unlawful interference.
