Summary/Abstract: Through paragraphs 5 and 6, our commentary on the Tratat de ontologie (vol. II of Constantin Noica’s Devenirea întru ființă) identified, in the “ontological opening,” the first recurring theme of the first part of the treatise (entitled Being in the Things That Are). The antithematic counterpart of the ontological opening, the “closure that opens,” will, in what follows, constitute the subject of discussion in the next three paragraphs (7, 8, and 9).
