Summary/Abstract: The paper presents – in a condensed manner – two major contributions of the Romanian philosophy from the 20th century: the “become within being” system, and the “Romanian philosophical utterance” system, authored by Constantin Noica (1909–1987). Starting from an evaluation of traditional lists of categories (Platon, Aristotle, Kant), the first system argued for a new ontology that aimed to open towards the new world of information technology. The second system is a development of the first in the context of the Romanian civilization.
