Summary/Abstract: The paper continues the exploration of the Romanian Marxism-Leninism previously initiated by our journal. For this time, we explore the origins and the path of socialist legal consciousness. Two stages of development are presented, with their specific goals. The first was accomplished by the destruction of the old Romanian law system; and the second, by the building a new one, intended to support the Communist Party until the communism will replace it.
