New regulations concerning Mass intentions

Summary/Abstract: The publication was intended to present the new decree of the Dicastery for the Clergy concerning Mass intentions, which became effective on April 13, 2025. A large part of this document is a preamble, which recalls the value of the Most Holy Eucharist and the graces associated with it, as well as the intentions assigned to it by the faithful. This is followed by legal provisions contained in six articles. These new regulations should be known and applied in the Church's pastoral ministry. Failure to comply with them may even result in penal sanctions.
