Protection of minors from sexual abuse in the sources of the canonical universal law of the Catholic Church

Summary/Abstract: This publication aimed to present the key sources of the Catholic Church's universal law on the subject of the protection of minors from sexual abuse. The presentation of the documents of the three most recent popes and the Dicastery of the Roman Curia shows the Church's concern for the youngest in the Church. The subject of the documents mentioned were the procedures to be followed in the case of offences against the Sixth Commandment of the Decalogue committed against a minor, as well as an indication of what acts are included in this category of offences and who may be their victims.
