Media and Information Literacy from the Perspective of Experts from Three Continents

Summary/Abstract: Media and information literacy in the post-factual era was the topic of an international scientific conference MEDIG 2025, which took place on October 15, 2025 in the premises of the University of Constantine Philosopher in Nitra. The event was organized by the Department of Journalism and New Media FF UKF in Nitra. The main topic of the conference was the transformation of the media and information environment, which affects both for the creation of media and information releases themselves, as well as for changing requirements to the work of journalists and media workers and, last but not least, to transformation demands on the very perception of these communications by the audience.
