Summary/Abstract: The ethnological year 2023 focused, as did the previous one, on promoting the Institute of Social Sciences and Humanities Research in Sibiu and its ethnology department within the Romanian scholarly community, through sustained collaboration in major ethnology‑related events such as the National Ethnology Book Salon (March, Râmnicu Vâlcea), the “Lucreția Ciobanu” National Interpretation Festival (April, Sibiu), the National Olympiad of Traditional Artistic Crafts (July, Sibiu), and the National Conference of the Association of Ethnological Sciences – ASER (November, Bistrița), all of which ensured significant visibility.
