Summary/Abstract: The presentation analyzes the application of forensic expertise in the investigation of cybercrimes, discussing the main tasks that are subject to resolution in the course of the expert examination. The discussion of the above issues is differentiated, referring to the individual criminal offenses for cybercrimes provided for in the Criminal Code, respectively. to the subject of proof and the circumstances subject to establishment in the course of the investigation.
