Summary/Abstract: Since the earliest times in human history, two fundamental domains have shaped people’s lives – physical activity and law. These two pillars have guided societies from prehistory to the present day. Throughout history, we can identify several moments when the symbiosis between them was evident, with the most illustrative example being the Ancient Olympic Games. Governed by well-defined laws, the creators of those Games dedicated athletic competitions to the gods of Olympus. Naturally, society has evolved, physical activity has taken on new dimensions, and so have the laws, adapting accordingly to the realities of life. Today, a factor that is becoming increasingly prevalent in sports activity is artificial intelligence (A.I.). Its influence can be seen in training methods, recovery techniques, athlete contracts, and sports marketing. As previously mentioned, the law evolves alongside society. Therefore, integrating A.I. into the legal framework becomes a necessity of the modern world. Through appropriate legal classification, situations of legislative void or regulatory excess can be avoided. In light of the above, this paper aims to analyse sports regulations, contracts related to the athletic activity, and doping issues in the context of A.I. integration.
