Summary/Abstract: The main idea of this article concerns N. Bierdiajew’s philosophy of history. The author emhasizes that Bierdiajew’s philosophical reflection on philosophy of history bases on Russian tradition which has got both eschatological and messianic dimension. According to Bierdiajew history of humankind is meaningfull when it is organic connnected with its end. The end of history is for a man as a person and for mankind too not only a tragedy, but also means IMAGO DEI. A man not only lives at the moment, doing everyday things. His life has got a sense only from the perspective of the eternity. Its guarantor is Christian Got in his Trinity.
