Summary/Abstract: In the books of the Old Testament, we see how, time and again, God chose righteous and blameless people—those who sought to fulfill His will—in order to proclaim to the chosen people what was to come upon them. Beyond this, God continually sought to save, through the mediation of human beings, that which He had created, for He had compassion on His fallen creature.
