Summary/Abstract: Summarizing all that has been said in this study, we can say that prayer is the mainstay of the life of the pastor of souls. Prayer can exalt him and lead him in his whole pastoral activity, just as his absence can defame him in front of his pastors. There are two invaluable benefits that the priest's prayer brings: 1. His closeness and that of those for whom he prays to God. 2. His personal example that will motivate pastors to become people of prayer.
