Summary/Abstract: As announced in our previous article („Moral and Political Foundations of the Administration of Justice”), for editorial purposes as well as to facilitate a clearer understanding of the ideas presented, this article constitutes the second part of a thematically unified inquiry: the connection between the moral and political foundations of justice and the actual administration of justice. In this second and final part of our investigation, we address certain intermediate aspects that mediate between morality and politics, on the one hand, and the realization of justice, on the other: human rights, justice, and law. In the concluding section of this article, we will offer several reflections on the act of administering justice itself, as well as on how this act is understood within the continental legal tradition (positive law system) and the Anglo-Saxon legal system (common law).
