Summary/Abstract: The present scientific article constitutes a comprehensive analysis of the issues concerning the regulation of aspects related to the rehabilitation of victims of criminal offenses. A detailed study of the existing legislative framework, as well as the current normative gaps, is conducted, and recommendations are formulated for the harmonization of the legislation with the aim of enhancing its effectiveness.
