Summary/Abstract: Human resources is a key topic in today's analytics. The contribution of human resources analytics to employee productivity is too large to be determined. In this respect, the organization's efficiency is also positively affected. The implementation of human resources analytics in the organization also positively affects the organization's competition in the external market. Human resources analytics can be applied to all functions such as hiring, exiting work, career and performance development, talent management, education and development, fee management, employee engagement. There are various approaches to human resources analytics in the literature. These approaches are advisable in the implementation of human resources analytics in organizations. The study also addresses these approaches. In addition, various human resources metrics have been developed to obtain tangible data from human resources functions. The rest of the work includes detailed information on these metrics. Finally, the concepts of industry 4.0, which causes the beginning of human resources analytics within the study, and the data, big data, data analysis that emerges accordingly, are also discussed.
