Summary/Abstract: The aim of the study is to examine the relationship between dark triad personality traits and inclination to ethical values in a sample of university students who were present before their working life. The study was conducted in a sample of 134 volunteer students studying in the Operating Room Services, Anesthesia and Dialysis programs of a foundation university in Izmir. Data were obtained using the Dark Triad Scale Short Form and the Inclination to Ethical Values Scales and socio-demographic questions. The main hypothesis was formed as “There is a significant relationship between the Dark Triad and Inclination to Ethical Values”. As a result of reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, independent sample T test, ANOVA test and correlation analysis, no relationship was found between the dark triad and As a result of reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, independent sample T test, ANOVA test and correlation analysis, no relationship was found between the dark triad and predisposition to ethical values. A significant difference was obtained regarding the finding that male students who are future health care professionals have higher Machiavellian tendencies than female students. At the same time, significant differences were found between all programs and predisposition to ethical values. In addition, a significant difference was obtained in the love-respect sub-dimension of inclination to ethical values in the operating room services program. The results were evaluated together with all the findings and suggestions were created.
