Summary/Abstract: The judge who was disciplinarily sanctioned for failure to draft the court orders within the legal deadline and for reasons attributable to him, may be sanctioned from the disciplinary point of view as well, after the application of the sanction, if he does not draft the same court orders as, on the objective side, it is about a new deed different from that for which he was initially sanctioned and on the subjective side, the reasons attributable to the judge shall be examined in relation to the period between the application of the sanction and the promotion of the second disciplinary action. Consequently, the ne bis in idem principle of law, which shall be applicable also in the matter of the liability to disciplinary action shall not be incident in this assumption.
