Summary/Abstract: Embrace Therapy® (ET®) is a therapeutic approach that integrates elements of psychotherapy with profound spiritual insight. Central to this method is the work with the Inner Child, which aligns with the Child ego state in Transactional Analysis (TA). What distinguishes ET®, however, is the incorporation of a fourth ego state—the spiritual dimension of the Self, referred to as the "God-state"—which facilitates the transcendence of emotional limitations. This article presents an analysis of empirical findings regarding the effectiveness of ET® and explores its theoretical placement within the broader framework of Transactional Analysis.
