Summary/Abstract: The following lines are occasioned by the appearance, in special typographical conditions, of the work of Ioan Boroș, Scrieri istorice, vol. I, in Presa Universitară Clujeană (2019), through the commendable efforts of historians Gh. Naghi - passed not long ago to God - and Sipos Ibolya. We are dealing with a massive tome of 840 pages, which is especially useful for researchers of Banat’s past.
