Summary/Abstract: The following paper aims to demystify terms like entrepreneurship, entrepreneur and entrepreneurship process both from their semantic aspect and as conceptual thinking process, knowing that without those there are no healthy economy in present conditions. However, entrepreneurship, entrepreneur and entrepreneur process are terms that are used very frequently today in various occasions so the following presentation will be aimed at defining the terms and processes mentioned above through their specified cognition aspect. Of course, it will be done in the simplest way, since the aim is to make one understand that entrepreneurship is a matter of the mind set of the people who exist in given cultural environment and that entrepreneurship and entrepreneurs should be developed primarily through promotion and development of entrepreneurial culture and spirit and through understanding the basic elements of entrepreneurship process. These, in turn, must remain balanced and connected to external opportunities, human resources (basic team) who will recognize and use possible business opportunities. Naturally, it also involves finding other kinds of resources that will give to the entrepreneurship process the financial and pay-off dimensions. Let us learn, through the following paper, what entrepreneurship is, who are entrepreneurs, how to guide entrepreneurship process and its constitutive elements and recognize their impact on economic development.
