19. International Road Freight Transport

Summary/Abstract: The vehicle driver, in his capacity as employee of a company carrying on international freight transport activities, is obliged to own, during the international freight carriage performed, the documents necessary to prove the period of driving and the periods of rest, which should cover the period of time subject to inspection according to the Council Regulation (EEC) no. 3821/85, as amended by the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EC) no. 561/2006, namely 28 previous days and the day during the inspection performance.
